The apartments are situated in a quiet residential area covered in the vicinity of the green hills with lush Mediterranean vegetation. The beach and the center of Marina di Campo is located only 700 meters away. The beach is accessible on foot in about ten minutes on a quiet street. The road to the town offers the opportunity for walking and cycling.
The apartments, which were recently built and refurbished are comfortable, spacious and very bright maintained, privately owned and are particularly suitable for families with one or two children.

Each apartment has two large terraces with tables, chairs, loungers, umbrellas and portable barbecue.
Each terrace, one on the front and one on the back side is set up so that privacy is guaranteed.
